Order Management Senior Analyst with English

Key responsibilities Active management of customer orders or customer demand planning
Planning of orders, checking plausibility, and aligning with customers regarding real demand (volume and timing)
Reconciling confirmed orders with production and delivery dates; coordinating solutions with customers and production planning in case of discrepancies; escalating if no agreement is reached
Confirming dates/orders to customers, tracking, and creating order on hand lists
Controlling customer specifications for production
Analyzing disposition parameters per customer
Coordinating order releases with dispatch
Tracking and handling inventory, discussing with customers as needed
Required skills, experience & education 2-5 years of experience in Order Management/Customer-facing roles
Experience with transitions is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
Proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of order administration and planning (preferred)
Knowledge of logistics and shipping (preferred)
Industry know-how (preferred)
Experience with various ERP systems (preferred)
