Manage and continuously refine the product backlog, including effective release planning and prioritization
Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements
Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories for development teams
Lead initiatives end-to-end, from initial concept through to successful delivery
Ensure high standards of data quality, process consistency, and regulatory compliance
Drive user adoption through structured training, communication, and change management activities
Promote and enable system adoption across multiple countries and organizational units Qualifications Proven experience as a (Business) Product Owner in a CRM-focused environment, ideally within SAP CRM or SAP S/4 HANA Customer Management
Strong understanding of sales, service, and customer-centric business processes
Solid experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, as well as tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, and common Microsoft Office applications
Strong stakeholder management capabilities in an international context
Structured and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior leadership
Experience in global rollouts and organizational change management
Knowledge of data management, business intelligence, or marketing automation is considered an advantage
Academic background in Business, IT, or a related field
