Purpose of the role
As we are rapidly growing, we are now in search of a sharp and mission-driven Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing Proton Design team. You will help us build the foundation of our future product suite and have a chance of shaping the design function in the company.
What You Will Do
* Design core B2B features such as admin controls, policies, billings, and dashboards
* Design collaboration features across the Proton ecosystem such as shared resources
* Help design new B2B products
* Work closely with product engineers to shape OKR’s and prioritize roadmap
Job Requirements
* 5+ years of experience building and shipping digital products at scale
* Extensive experience working with or building design systems
* Proficiency in web and mobile UI, typography, colour, layout and a strong sense of how these impact product function
* Ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions, effectively conveying complex ideas to stakeholders
* A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for visual design
* Bonus: Experience building B2B SaaS products
