On this role, you will work in a multinational environment and ensure smooth process and executional efficiency in sales operations.

By assisting sales team in communication with customer and usage of internal sales tool, your work will strongly contribute to success of the sales team and enable data-driven decisions.

Main responsibilities

* Manage customers licences – assign access to new customers and lead renewal process with existing customers
* Ensure customer satisfaction by smooth order tracking and regular communication with customers
* Participate in initiatives of continuous technical development of Extranet - internal CRM tool - to enhance system functionalities. (e.g. collect feedback from sales team, propose improvements test new features, communicate new functionalities, etc.)
* Support sales team with sales data analysis and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company sales policies
* Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) and vendor onboarding completion
* Invoices follow up
* Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers for timely execution.

Competencies, experience and mindset

* Commercial background, 1+ experience in similar role is advantage
* Ability to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to understand and adapt to different cultures with aim to establish collaborative and trustful relationship
* Result-driven and analytical self-starter, with can-do attitude who thrives in fast paced environment
* Pragmatic approach and ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Sales software.
* Fluent in English, another language is an advantage
* Tech savviness/passion for technology with basic technical knowledge

Start Date: As per your availability, as soon as possible

Employment Rate: Full-time, 100% working activity
