National Fleet and Used Cars Business Developer
This role offers the opportunity to build and expand the B2B and fleet business for a leading electric mobility provider in Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with national key accounts, driving brand awareness, and helping to reach volume targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new B2B customers and negotiate framework agreements for sustainable fleet supply in Switzerland.
* Support corporate clients throughout the fleet sales process, including offer creation, discount negotiations, residual value assessments, buy-back, and resale solutions.
* Develop and optimize the B2B fleet process (including onboarding/offboarding, resale, discount schemes, and internal policy alignment).
* Manage partnerships with leasing, rental, subscription, and carsharing companies; develop strategic partnerships.
* Manage key accounts to identify and create growth opportunities with national B2B customers.
* Collaborate with planning/logistics to ensure smooth vehicle operations (including in-/defleeting and vehicle availability).
* Handle used car business activities such as pricing, residual value management, intake, repair coordination, and resale to dealers.
* Coordinate and implement employee discount programs and manage fleet discount schemes.
* Coordinate test drives and represent the brand at fleet events across Switzerland.
* Forecast, plan, and monitor fleet sales targets and volumes.
Requirements:
* University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent professional experience in the automotive or B2B sector.
* Fluent in German, French, and English; Italian is a plus.
* Work experience in the automotive industry as District Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar roles.
* Proven track record in developing strategic B2B relationships within large organizations and dealer networks.
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
* Passion for electromobility; automotive experience is preferred.
* Background in used car remarketing or certified used car programs is advantageous.
