SATHOM is a leading provider in the development, manufacturing, maintenance, and distribution of high-precision mechanical devices under the "THOMMEN" brand for civil and military aviation.

We are looking for a cheerful, motivated, and committed individual for the position of Administration Staff - Reception and Feel-Good Manager (40%), starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement.


Verantwortlichkeiten


Management of the time tracking system: monitoring working hours, managing absences, preparing monthly reports, and being the first point of contact for employee inquiries.

Employee support: point of contact for concerns, feedback, and improvement suggestions to actively contribute to a positive work environment.

Feel-Good Management: organizing birthday gifts, team events, and internal initiatives to promote a respectful and open corporate culture.

Reception and guest care: friendly reception and assistance for visitors, clients, and business partners.

Office organization: responsibility for order and equipment in the office, maintenance of common areas, and management of coffee and water stations.

General administration: handling incoming mail, telephone switchboard, filing, oral and written correspondence in German and English, as well as support for other administrative tasks.


Anforderungen


Our Candidate Profile:

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.

Professional experience in a similar position in reception, administration, or office management.

Fluent German in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Open, warm, and communicative personality with a passion for interacting with employees and international guests.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high standard of quality.

Independent, thoughtful, and helpful working style with a holistic perspective.

Availability for four or five mornings per week (with flexible hours).
