Their EMEA headquarters is based in Zug, Switzerland, and they are currently seeking a highly independent and hands-on professional to join their team as:
Human Resources Director EMEA (Ref. 2548)
This is a unique, established and impactful role that combines strategic HR business partnering across the EMEA region (approx. 350 employees in 5 countries) with leadership responsibility for HR Managers responsible in the local countries. As a key member of the international HR leadership team, you will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, regional HR managers, and global HR functions. The role offers significant autonomy, visibility at the executive level, and the opportunity to shape key HR initiatives across regions.
* Act as a strategic HR business partner to the EMEA leadership team, regional managers and business functions and global HR
* Lead core HR programs such as performance management, talent reviews, organisational development and compensation planning
* Serve as the key liaison between EMEA sites and the global HR function to ensure policy alignment, compliance and best practice sharing across geographies
* Oversee strategic workforce planning incl. recruitment, leadership development, global mobility in partnership with external providers and internal stakeholders
* Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks to attract, retain talent while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity
* Promote a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and experience
* Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the EMEA organization to support long-term business growth in EMEA
Your profile
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree
* At least 10 years of progressive international HR Leadership experience within the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to fast-paced or generics environments
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR business partnering with Sr. Executives across multiple countries, providing high-impact support at the leadership level
* Independent, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity
* Experience working in international, cross-cultural environments
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, challenge and advise Sr. stakeholders
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
