Sales Specialist Role Overview
The Purchasing department in Sofia, Bulgaria, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to manage the purchasing process for needed products. The successful candidate will be responsible for appropriate and timely purchasing of required items, ensuring accurate estimated arrival dates, and verifying correct purchase prices in the system.
This role involves analyzing stock levels, creating purchase orders/replenishment requests from assigned suppliers, handling claims for missing or damaged products, managing returns and stock rotations, and preparing necessary information for material creation in the system.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient inventory management by monitoring stock levels and generating purchase orders as needed.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
* Verify the accuracy of purchase prices in the system to prevent discrepancies.
* Manage product returns and stock rotations effectively to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
* Prepare and maintain records related to purchases, including order confirmations and delivery notes.
Your Profile:
* A University or College degree is required for this position.
* You must possess strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
* Proficiency in Office programs, especially Excel, is essential for success in this role.
* You should be able to work with data accurately and efficiently.
