The HR Assistant will support the HR Manager Europe & North America in daily HR operations and employee-related processes. The role contributes to smooth and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle, offering practical exposure to international HR work in a structured environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HRMS)
* Support preparation of contracts and HR documentation
* Assist with onboarding, employee requests, and HR administration
* Support day-to-day HR operations in line with internal policies and legal requirements
* Contribute to HR projects and recruitment activities when needed
* You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
Requirements
* Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German (C1) is also required
* Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management
* Reliable, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
