This role is based on-site in the Neuchâtel area and focuses on the development of sensor ICs. You’ll work closely with internal and remote teams to deliver high-performance analog/mixed-signal solutions.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to and oversee analog/mixed-signal IC development projectsEnsure design targets and schedules are met with structured development and verification methodsCollaborate with remote design teams for technical alignmentSupport product definition activities through technical analysisInterface with internal departments including Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End, and CustomerIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven experience in end-to-end analog/mixed-signal IC developmentStrong knowledge of analog architectures such as power management, wireless communication, data converters, or analog front endsFamiliarity with industry-standard design tools and validation methodologiesAcademic background at PhD level in a relevant field is a plusCurious, motivated, and adaptable with a hands-on mindsetRequirements:Master’s degree with 3–5 years of industry experiencePrior experience in automotive IC designClear and precise communication skills for external collaborationStrong customer focus, especially within the automotive spaceLanguages:English (C-level proficiency required)French and/or German are advantageousIf you are suited and interested, please reach our with your updated CV.
