Tiger Recruitment are currently seeking an executive assistant to the CEO. You will ensure smooth operations, optimise the Founder’s time, and act as a trusted partner in an ever‑evolving, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO
Manage complex calendars, travel, schedules, and priorities
Organization of multi‑day management meetings, board meetings, on‑site meetings, internal events etc.Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and key documentation
Meeting research and prep
Project manage internal events and client meetings/events
Ensuring of timely payment of invoices
Drafting and editing letters, e‑mails and documents and ensuring follow‑up.
Greeting and check‑in for clients and other guests at meetings and events. Communication directly and on behalf of the CEO with board members, customers, employees, etc.
Support and coordination of internal projects in a wide range of areas
Processing of the physical mail, filing of documents.
About You
Proven experience supporting a C‑Suite or Board‑level executive experience
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French or other languages are an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills
High proficiency in Office 365
Proactive and discreet mindset
