Associate Vice President - Contracts Recruitment at EPM Scientific (part of Phaidon International)
We are partnering with a global manufacturing company on a strategic initiative to harmonize product range requirements across multiple mechatronic products and software platforms. This project involves migrating requirements, consolidating conflicting and unclear requirements, and creating a clean, unified structure.
Your Role
As a Senior Requirements Engineer, you will:
* Assist the global product requirements engineering team in elicitation, definition, and consolidation of requirements using Codebeamer.
* Analyze overlaps and differences across requirements, consolidate and minimize redundancies.
* Accurately articulate requirements while considering change impacts and managing stakeholders.
* Apply a consulting mindset and strong analytical thinking to deliver clarity and structure.
* Support migration from Jira to Codebeamer and ensure consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit and define requirements from global stakeholders.
* Consolidate and harmonize requirements across hardware and software domains.
* Create modular and scalable designs using UML diagrams.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience:
* 5-8 years at stakeholder/system requirements level.
* Consulting mindset & independent thinking.
* Interdisciplinary stakeholder management.
* Proficient in UML diagrams and modular design principles.
