Senior Sales Consultant (m/f/d) – Basel
We are looking for a senior sales consultant at Randstad in Basel. This sales‑driven role will challenge you to acquire new clients, manage existing relationships and deploy a variety of commercial activities.
Responsibilities
* Expand your portfolio by managing and growing your dedicated market sector or industry.
* Build a client database by establishing strong connections with key contacts within your geographical area.
* Plan follow‑up conversations with clients and prospects to proactively anticipate their staffing plans and candidate requirements.
* Collaborate with future clients to develop their recruitment strategies and expand your influence within their organizations.
* Actively support both companies and candidates in finding the perfect match.
Qualifications
* Degree or professional qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* Strong commercial acumen focused on sales and results, with a genuine ambition to perform and persevere.
* Talent for organization and excellent networking skills.
* Capacity for influence and analysis to successfully penetrate specific markets.
