Job Description
We are looking for a proactive problem solver to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer support cases efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction ratings and timely resolution.
You will also provide customer support in German and English through chat, email, and calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and adapt quickly to new tools and workflows.
