Job Title: Leader Aircraft Maintenance - Boeing

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leader in Aircraft Maintenance for Boeing aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with EASA Part 66 B1/C certifications and be proficient in the maintenance of Boeing B737, B747, B777, and B787 models. This permanent position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of EASA Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of aircraft maintenance technicians
2. Oversee and ensure compliance with EASA Part 66 B1/C regulations and standards
3. Coordinate and perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Boeing B737, B747, B777, and B787 aircraft
4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
5. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure documentation compliance
8. Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance operations and resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
9. EASA Part 66 B1/C certification
10. Extensive experience with Boeing B737, B747, B777, and B787 aircraft
11. 3-5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in a leadership role
12. In-depth knowledge of EASA Regulations and standards
13. Strong organizational and communication skills
14. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
