HR Manager People Strategy & Unlocking Potential for Central Europe (all genders)

We are looking for an HR Manager for Central Europe in our People Strategy & Unlocking Potential Team. This role will design and implement our People Agenda across Central Europe, working closely with the CE Consulting Team Executive People Director and the People Chair.
What you'll do:
* Support and manage strategic projects for the Consulting Team in key areas including employer value proposition (EVP), structural HR, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
* Contribute to ongoing initiatives and be independently responsible for projects from conception to implementation.
* Research content, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable people concepts.
* Support and drive projects end to end, including creating communication materials for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
* Collaborate closely with the HR leadership, other HR departments, and global and EMESA colleagues.
* Own all topics under your responsibility and maintain clear visibility on next steps.
You'll be good at:
* A broad interest in people topics, ability to dive deeply into different areas, and independently develop new concepts.
* Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of numbers and data.
* Project management experience with a pragmatic, results‑driven mindset.
* Excellent linguistic talent and strong communication skills enabling interaction with various stakeholders.
* Above‑average motivation and service readiness; ability to work independently, precisely, and autonomously.
* Flexibility, dependability, and composure in difficult situations.
* A strong sense of responsibility and absolute integrity.
What you bring:
* Degree from a (technical) college or university, ideally in HR management.
* Several years of relevant HR experience in a comparable role at a dynamic, service‑oriented company.
* Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and spoken English-language skills.
