PpThe customer service is the central information hub between customers, sales, technical, planning, production, logistics and finances. The customer service representative is responsible for providing exceptional and efficient service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Issuing quotes, entering orders, overseeing the transports, invoicing, answering e-mails and many more interesting tasks are part of the daily job. Providing after-sales services and upkeeping of various record systems round it off. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare customer quotations in cooperation with sales and technical team /li liClarify product details, amounts and delivery dates with customers sales representatives /li liOrder entry, order confirmation to clients and order tracking /li liFollow-up with planning on improving dates if not in line with request date /li liClose follow-up with finance on receiving advanced payments /li liTracking inventory /li liStrong understanding of order requirements and logistics, schedule changes and urgent orders /li liCoordinate and evaluate shipping requirements with customers /li liUpdating records in various systems /li liFollow-up on timely dispatch of Make Ship orders and execute necessary release of Make Hold orders to be shipped based on customer requests/consignment warehouse and aged inventory /li liPrepare necessary export documentation for customs clearance based on delivery and payment terms, bank requirements, etc. /li liEnsure daily invoicing of goods shipped /li liRespond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure proper follow-up and satisfactory solution to outstanding issues. Keep record of customer transactions and the respective actions taken by CSR /li liEnsure all necessary approvals are in place and stored /li liUnderstanding of revenue recognition and audit requirements /li liEnsuring that master data is correct in system (example: name address, VAT number, incoterms, payment terms, revenue method location etc.) /li liEntering approved pricelists in SAP as a deal /li liFollowing the Eurasia Business Rules /li liDifferent SOX testing procedures in a timely manner /li liKeep track of customer overdue and take necessary action to receive payment /li liEnter correct proof of delivery date in SAP according to the different incoterms /li liPreparing export documents for intercompany shipments /li liGoods receipt into Europe from production sites in Asia and Americas /li liHelp testing different systems if necessary (Integrated System Testing) /li liClaim handling /li liBackup for colleagues for different countries /li liContinuous improvement in the service quality and overall /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong organizational and administrational strength /li liPro-active problem analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines /li liAttention to details and accuracy – sense of urgency /li liGood communication skills – verbal and written /li liSolution-oriented approach and the ability to handle complex queries /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional experience in customer service or in a directly related capacity /li liCompetence in MS office-based PC applications /li liSAP-ERP system knowledge would be a plus /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3Education Requirement /h3 ul liCommercial education /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
