Job Brief
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to support the growth of our WindShaper product line—modular, multi-fan wind generators used in advanced aerodynamics, robotics, and environmental testing. As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with highly knowledgeable customers (engineers, researchers, scientists) to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
This role is ideal for a junior engineer with at least 3 years of experience in technical sales and a passion for innovation. You will work closely with our Production, Engineering and R&D department to ensure customer needs are well understood and translated into a relevant product configuration.

Type : full-time (42h30/week)
Travel : Occasional (up to 20%, international)
Responsibilities
Serve as thetechnical point of contactfor prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle
Understand customer applications inrobotics,aerodynamics,UAS testing,fluid dynamics, and related fields
Qualify leads, analyse customer requirements, and provide customized technical proposals and quotations
Prepare meetings and calls, and deliverpresentations,demos, andproduct explanations to expert audiences
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (Production, Engineering, and R&D)
Support trade shows, technical workshops, and customer visits
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and assist with forecasting and reporting
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, documentation, and processes
Raise the identified development opportunities to the management and to R&D team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering,Aerospace Engineering,Mechatronics, or a related technical field
3+ years of experiencein technical sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting
Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, mechanical systems, or robotics is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical experts confidently and clearly
Comfortable giving presentations and leading product discussions with academic and industrial stakeholders
Experience in writing technical proposals and configuring modular technical systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive)
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities
Fluent inEnglish(C1 minimum);Frenchis a strong asset
