Responsibilities
* Achieve sales goals and develop your agency's portfolio through prospecting and close collaboration with your sales managers, as well as your advisory team in pensions, finance, and real estate.
* Develop business in individual life, occupational pensions, financial investments, health insurance, and real estate brokerage within your agency's territory.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop your team members.
* Motivate your team, systematically prospect the market, and implement action plans.
Your strengths
* Extensive knowledge of pensions and finance.
* Proven success in consulting and sales.
* Strong social skills with several years of leadership experience.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented.
* Existing network within your agency's territory and a desire to establish your presence in the business community.
* German language skills are an advantage.
