At Salt Business, we see ourselves as dedicated and personal partners to our customers – a clear added value compared to classic call center structures.Are you passionate about IT and telecommunications and their influence on business processes?Do you enjoy analyzing complex problems and finding solutions?Are you motivated to work in direct contact with corporate customers and collaborate with different support levels (L1, L2, L3)?Then you have come to the right place – strengthen our Business Division asIT & Telecom Expert / Technical AnalystYour tasksAs part of the Business Customer Care team, you will have the following tasks:- You provide technical support at level 2 for corporate customers, in close cooperation with level 1 (Customer Service) and in coordination with level 3 (experts and external partners).- You analyze, rectify, and resolve complex malfunctions in IT and telecommunications (fixed network, mobile, VoIP, networks).- You ensure professional and direct communication with corporate customers throughout the entire incident process.- You work with level 3 experts on error analysis, learn from the cases, and develop solutions together.- You support the implementation and optimization of IT and telecommunication solutions.- You contribute to technical documentation as well as to the training of level 1 support.- You ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive and technical support.Your profile- Education in IT, telecommunications, or comparable experience (3–5 years) in technical support at level 2, ideally in an IT or telecom environment.- Sound knowledge in the following areas:- VoIP, SIP, SIP-Trunking, and enterprise telephony solutions- SD-WAN, IP networks, LAN/WAN, VPN, security (firewall, routing, switching)- Monitoring and ticketing tools- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.- Willingness to learn new technologies.- German as a native language; very good knowledge of English and/or French.
