Description
Join MSF OCG as a MEDICAL POLYVALENT RESPONSIBLE (RMP) Cell 4! We are looking for passionate candidates ready to contribute to our humanitarian mission.
MSF is an independent humanitarian organisation providing medical aid to victims of man‑made or natural disasters, epidemics and endemic diseases. In the MSF Operational Centre of Geneva (OCG) the steering and implementation of field programmes is managed by an Operations Department, supported by a Medical Department. Collaboration between the two departments is key to improving the quality of projects and the level of care for patients.
OCG operates a matrix organisation. A 6‑member operational cell provides supervision and support for the implementation of quality operational projects. The cell’s multidisciplinary team includes a programme manager, deputies, and experts from the medical (RMP), logistics, finance and human resources departments.
