Your Responsibilities
* You plan and deliver technical training for service technicians, customers and internal employees
* You design, update, and optimize technical training materials
* You develop innovative didactic tools (simulators, practical training aids) to explain complex technical topics
* You implement and further develop digital training solutions (e-learning, video learning, blended learning)
* You work closely with project management, technical departments and the documentation team
* You conduct needs analysis for technical and product-related training
* You support customers in the field by solving technical issues (troubleshooting)
* You manage technical training projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners
Your Profile
* You have completed training as a vehicle mechanic / diagnostic technician or hold an equivalent technical qualification
* You possess strong knowledge of combustion engines and electronics
* You hold a qualification in adult education or have proven experience in structured technical teaching
* You are proficient in project management principles and tools
* You are comfortable with digital tools and understand blended learning concepts
* You are open to occasionally travel internationally
* You are fluent in English and German. French is an asset
