In this role, you will strengthen existing client relationships, actively pursue new business opportunities, and drive portfolio growth. Your focus will include delivering bespoke, high-impact services to your clients. Key responsibilities include:Implementing and refining client service delivery, including comprehensive discussions on risk and retention strategiesRepresenting the voice of the client internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategyLeveraging best practice from across WTW to deploy within the teamBuilding and maintaining robust relationships with insurers to maximize client outcomesParticipation to business development activities and supporting RFP processesPromote the unique WTW Risk & Analytics capabilitiesFostering global collaboration and communication within the WTW networkQualificationsQualificationsExtensive and proven experience in the insurance and/or brokerage industryIn-depth knowledge of all non-life corporate insurance sectorsFINMA-registered insurance intermediaryCustomer-focused with a high commitment to service excellenceStructured, efficient, and solution-driven work approachIndependent, reliable, and ambitious, with strong team and communication skillsFluency in English and French is key; additional language skills are an assetJoin a dynamic, international environment where you’ll have opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
