We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Support Consultant (L1/L2) to join our client in Geneva. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth daily IT operations in a fast-paced and international environment. IT Support Consultant (Level 1 & 2) Location: Geneva, Switzerland (On-site) Contract Type: Temporary – Consulting Assignment Workload: 40–42 hours/week Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00 Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network, and peripherals) Diagnose and resolve incidents via ticketing tools (remote & on-site support) Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications & user accounts Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on user requests Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement Requirements Proven experience in IT Support / Service Desk (Level 1 & 2) Strong knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office / O365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems Ability to troubleshoot network & workstation issues Fluent English required; French highly appreciated Strong communication skills, proactive mindset & customer-focused attitude Ability to work fully on‑site in Geneva (Monday to Friday) What We Offer Opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment Competitive consulting package Daily collaboration with international teams & modern tech environment If you're a motivated IT Support professional with a strong service mindset, we would love to hear from you.
