Your projectAs part of our growth, we are looking for an EMSR Engineer to join a major project with one of our clients in the chemical sector, based in Basel.
Your main responsibilitiesContribute to the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical, measurement, and control systemsEnsure proper operation and availability of instrumentation and automation equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EMSR systemsMaintain and update technical documentation, including diagrams and configuration filesEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards across all systemsCollaborate with engineering, maintenance, and external suppliers to support project executionIdentify improvements to increase reliability and performance of EMSR componentsParticipate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and preventive maintenance planning
Your profileDegree in Electrical, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent)3+ years of experience in EMSR engineering within an industrial environmentGood knowledge of instrumentation, PLCs, and industrial control systemsFamiliarity with industry standards (e.g. IEC, ATEX, SIL) is an advantageFluent in English; French or German would be a plusAutonomous, structured, and proactive with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working both in the field and with cross-functional teams
