Corporate Affairs is responsible for the unified external and internal presentation of Swiss Life Asset Managers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Communications Manager. You will work in a small team that serves as a competent partner for internal and external stakeholders, covering all requirements of corporate communication and reporting to the Head of Communications. The versatile role includes the following responsibilities:
Role
* Responsible for planning, conceptualizing, coordinating, and implementing cross-country internal communication activities (e.g., strategic programs and initiatives)
* Planning, drafting, and coordinating press releases and editorial articles focusing on product communication for asset management and third-party clients
* Developing relevant content in asset management, investment products, studies, and corporate purpose (Content Hub)
* Writing, editing, and preparing media-ready editorial articles, reports, and documents on investment strategies
* Preparing and implementing editorial content for various communication channels (digital/print) such as website, intranet, social media, corporate publications, and reports
Expertise
* University degree with specialization in communication or business administration with further training in corporate communication/journalism
* At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Affinity for the financial industry, numbers, and datasets
* Strong conceptual and editorial skills
* Team player with excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
* Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented work approach, and interconnected thinking
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent language skills in German and English; French is a plus
