Ein Wellness-Weekend oder mehrtägiges Seminar lässt sich in unserem grossen Hotel mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Eiger ebenso gut verbringen, wie die Winter- oder Sommerferien. Platz genug ist für alle da: 397 Betten in 211 Zimmer beherbergen unsere Gäste. Deine Aufgaben
* Fachliche Führung und Organisation des gesamten Front-Office-Bereichs mit einem Team von bis zu 13 Mitarbeitenden
* Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeerlebnisses inklusive Servicequalität
* Vorausschauende Einsatzplanung entsprechend den betrieblichen Erfordernissen und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
* Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Schulungen (Up- und Cross Selling) sowie Motivation des Front-Office-Teams
* Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen
* Kassenführung, sowie Kontrollen der Abrechnungen gemäss Sunstar Vorgaben
* Du hast die relevanten Kennzahlen im Blick und steuerst Dein Budget verantwortungsvoll
* Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Wir Erwarten
* Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Tourismus
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Front Office Manager in einem Haus vergleichbarer Grösse (200 Zimmer) mit internationalem Publikum
* Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft: Du sorgst mit Deinem Team für besondere Momente und Erlebnisse für unsere Gäste
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
