Your activities
Within the EMBA programme, you play a key role in the smooth running of training activities and in the quality of the experience offered to participants.
Your main tasks will be:
• Ensure the operational, logistical, administrative and technical management of the EMBA programme: for example, acting as a representative for participants, contributing to relations with teachers, organising interventions, preparing course materials, etc. ;
• Coordinate key moments of the programme, notably the academic start and the graduation ceremony, within the allocated budget;
• Contribute to the monitoring and continuous improvement of the unit's processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and smoothness of activities;
• Provide administrative support to the management as well as to the teams involved in the programme: bookings, travel, minute-taking, office supplies, etc.
Your profile
You are an organised, reliable and solution-oriented person, and you enjoy working in a demanding and stimulating environment.
We are looking for the following profile:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
• Excellent command of French and English (level C1).
• Experience in administration, ideally in an academic, training or event environment.
• Strong organisational skills, rigour and autonomy.
• Very good command of office tools and ease with digital tools (Moodle and Teams are an asset).
• Team spirit, service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in contact with various interlocutors.
