The cantonal employment office (OCE) is the cantonal execution body of the federal law on unemployment insurance and insolvency compensation (LACI). The position holder ensures a transversal and coherent governance of the projects, mobilizes internal and external stakeholders, and guarantees alignment between cantonal, federal objectives, and the needs of the office. Thus, they actively contribute to anchoring a culture of sustainable change within the cantonal projects entrusted to them, which will particularly involve digital systems and user services.
