PMO / Architect
We are searching for an experienced PMO / Architect at our MSC Geneva facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Architect Project Manager to join our team at MSC. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various development and construction projects, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and innovatively.
Responsibilities :
* Establish development plans to meet the company's needs and ensure their implementation.
* Update and computerize MSC building plans as needed.
* Manage and monitor construction sites at various locations, ensuring daily follow-up.
* Lead construction site meetings with partner companies and provide clear guidelines.
* Document progress and decisions through minutes after each site meeting.
* Prepare calls for tenders, evaluate bids, and select service providers.
* Coordinate with the Procurement department on awards.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum HES architecture degree.
* 3-5 years of experience managing development and construction projects.
* Skills in site management and multidisciplinary team coordination.
* Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
* Excellent communication and writing skills.
* Proficiency in ARCHICAD (2D / 3D) software is essential.
* Knowledge of computer-generated imaging software (e.g., Artlantis, 3DS Max, Rhino) is highly valued.
* Fluent in French and English.
