Your responsibilities – Shape the future of River Advice
* Act as the key expert for assigned applications, overseeing their full lifecycle.
* Maintain and configure applications, manage user databases, and implement updates and enhancements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and optimize workflows.
* Coordinate system improvements, new module implementations, integrations, testing, and user acceptance.
* Provide first- and second-level user support, create training materials, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
* Collaborate with managers, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and manage the application roadmap.
* Ensure systems comply with policies and regulations, coordinate access management, audits, and support risk assessments.
* Monitor data integrity, manage files, and deliver reports on planning, compliance, and performance metrics.
* Support decision-making with business and industry data analysis.
Your profile – What you bring to the table
* Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service management (ITSM).
* Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
* Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems, or industry specific platforms).
* Familiarity with ITIL, integration concepts, APIs, and data flows.
* Excellent communication skills, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to assert yourself, prepare decisions promptly, and obtain approval.
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights & technical requirements.
* Experience in analytical and system development.
* High proficiency with PowerBI and database management.
* Proven analytical skills and understanding of organizational structure.
* Experience in generation process documentation and reports.
* Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
* High proficiency in technical writing.
* Ability to think and act in a networked manner.
* Very structured, reliable, and documented way of working.
* Quick comprehension and affinity for identifying problems.
* English is mandatory, German a big plus, French plus.
