Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join a challenging international environment. You will act as a key interface between business teams (Finance & Procurement) and IT, contributing to the design, implementation, and rollout of SAP solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of functional expertise, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management, within complex and large-scale projects.
Your Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from Finance and Procurement stakeholders
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP solutions
* Ensure consistency and alignment of solutions across end-to-end business processes (P2P, FI)
* Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external partners/vendors
* Support and follow up on solution delivery and implementation phases
* Contribute to testing activities (UAT, validation) and ensure solution quality
* Support change management and user adoption (training, documentation, workshops)
* Participate in project governance and Agile ceremonies (backlog, workshops, etc.)
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience as SAP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
* Strong expertise in:
o SAP Finance (FI)
o Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P: PO, GR, IV)
* Proven experience in:
o Requirement gathering & functional specification writing
o Stakeholder management (business & IT)
* Ability to understand financial flows, postings, and reporting impacts
* Experience in international / multi-entity environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English (mandatory), German / French is an asset
