As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated Global Project Manager for a temporary assignment of one year with the possibility of extension
The main task is to enable project teams developing new products or keeping existing products on the market to achieve the set goal as effectively and efficiently as possible with the given resources.
Tasks
Project Leadership: Set up and drive project/program/product structures across development and lifecycle activities, ensuring clear communication, robust planning, and efficient resource, budget, and timeline management
Planning und Execution: Build and maintain integrated project plans with dependencies, milestones, and budgets. Ensure quality implementation through risk management, scenario planning, critical path analysis, and performance tracking
Project Management Excellence: Lead and execute key project processes, such as milestone and capacity reviews (e.g., cQCR, SCR, fQCR), while driving continuous improvement and sharing best practices
Agile und Hybrid Methods: Apply appropriate project methodologies, including Agile and hybrid models. Guide teams in Agile practices and adapt methods for cross-functional and partner collaboration
Team und Communication: Manage project meetings and foster knowledge sharing. Create strong team dynamics and build effective collaboration within and across teams
Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and outcome-based metrics to drive and measure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, providing holistic project oversight - including planning, risk analysis, scenario modeling, and critical path analysis - to support value-driven decision-making
Risk und Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and gaps, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions to maintain scope, budget, and timelines
Data und Governance: Manage and provide project data for strategic decision-making across teams and governing bodies. Act as an Agile Program Manager (SAFe) when applicable
Collaboration und Coaching: Partner with Sub-Chapter Leads, Network Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Mentor team members and contribute to chapter-wide improvements
Must Haves
Bachelor or similar degree/apprenticeship
At least 5 years relevant project / program management experience in Diagnostic, MedTech, Pharmaceutical or Food Industry
English fluent another language would be a plus
Google suite, Planisware or other Project Mgt. Planning tools
Strong communication skills and customer focus
Nice to Haves
PMP/SCRUM/Agile Certificate
