Your main responsibilities:
Industrialization project management: Defining and implementing manufacturing ranges, logistics flows and technical standards for new products.
Tooling Expertise: Supervise the development, in-house production and continuous improvement of press and cutting tools.
Equipment engineering: Develop technical specifications (terms of reference) for the acquisition of new automated equipment integrating stamping and assembly.
Analysis and Improvement: Conduct feasibility studies, assess industrial risks and propose innovative solutions to increase productivity and reduce energy footprint.
Technical Interface: Ensure coordination with external partners, internal subject matter experts and production workshops.
Technology Watch: Maintain a high level of expertise by following market developments and participating in industry events.
Desired profile
We are looking for a pragmatic profile, with a strong affinity for field issues and capable of evolving in a complex technical environment.
Education: You have a technical CFC supplemented by an engineering degree (HES, EPF, ES) in mechanics, microtechnology or industrial engineering.
Professional experience: You have a proven track record in commissioning production lines and mastering metal transformation processes (bending, punching, stamping, cutting).
Analytical skills: Proven ability to write structured technical documents and analyze complex data.
IT skills: Proficiency in MS-Office environment and practical experience with an ERP (ideally SAP).
Languages: German language with excellent operational skills in French (C1 level required) to ensure smooth communication between different sites or departments.
