Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and administrative support to both the Legal and Compliance teams
* Review and help maintain contract templates; assist in reviewing incoming contracts
* Manage documentation and administrative tasks related to Legal & Compliance activities
* Support due diligence processes for interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
* Assist with the rollout and tracking of internal policies and training initiatives
* Contribute to corporate governance efforts, including maintaining internal registers and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
* Fluent in English; French or German a plus
* 2+ Years of Junior Legal Counsel/Paralegal experience
