Philippe SA Geneva Quality Assurance Manager Philippe SA Geneva Quality Assurance Manager (M/F) Mission As part of this role, within our Movement Components Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Quality Assurance activity by strengthening preventive quality during the new components phase in order to achieve production objectives. Responsibilities Supervise, federate, develop, and motivate a team of Quality Managers, while managing files, distributing the workload within the team, validating milestones, guiding decisions, and arbitrating priorities. Define and/or optimize monitoring plans according to risks and process capabilities to guarantee quality in series production. Lead cross-functional actions with support services to improve processes and enhance their capabilities, ensuring standard control ranges in production. Contribute to the definition of standards and good practices. Profile Engineer in microtechnology or confirmed experience in prior management in the watchmaking sector or in watch components. Knowledge of component processes. Mastery of quality management tools and methodologies. Proficiency in an ERP (SAP ideally). Ability to propose ideas, proactive, analytical and synthetic mindset.
