This is a role with real ownership: responsibility, influence, and visible impact on products that matter. /p h3What you'll own: /h3 ul liUpholding the highest quality standards in a fully regulated environment (GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) /li liManaging changes, deviations, 8D reports and effective CAPA /li liPlanning and leading internal and external audits — customers, authorities and suppliers /li liCoordinating qualifications and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) /li liOwning batch release — ensuring only flawless product moves forward /li liDriving continuous improvement through Lean methods /li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul liTechnical education (HF/FH) with further training in quality management /li liSeveral years in quality assurance in a production setting (ideally MedTech / ISO 13485) /li liKnowledge of Lean Management, CAQ and ERP systems /li liGerman (fluent), strong English (other languages are an advantage) /li /ul pInterested or just curious?
