We will achieve together Project Manager Within the Technical and Logistics Support (STL) activity, the Solutions unit aims to provide comprehensive, agile, and sustainable support to SIG by designing, organizing, and optimizing the technical production means. It ensures the effective availability of resources (infrastructures, equipment) and their responsible management to support the performance of teams in the field while integrating principles of safety, ergonomics, and quality respect. As a Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the smooth running of the business entrusted to the technical office (SOLU-BTE) and energy services for a sustainable Geneva. You will be responsible for: - Ensuring the development of technical businesses in electrical activity sectors, particularly in backup energy; - Advising clients by analyzing their needs, searching for technical solutions, and proposing alternatives; - Conducting studies within your scope under the supervision of higher levels, and writing reports; - Developing the technical specifications for suppliers' and companies' calls for tenders, formulating choices; - Establishing offers for external clients; - Managing the execution phase of various projects (project management), monitoring technical formalities, commissioning, receiving, and defects; - Ensuring compliance with environmental and legal rules for the client after-sales service; - Keeping up with technological developments in your field of activity. Personal qualities and skills: Equipped with excellent listening skills, you know how to advise and support your clients in a proactive and engaged manner, clearly translating their needs into backup energy solutions. Excellent at interacting with your clients, you demonstrate adaptability to the evolution of technologies and the environment, showing resilience and demonstrating a very good knowledge of backup energy systems, including high-power generators, inverter coupling solutions, transfer systems (STS), and source inverters, as well as their deployment and maintenance in large buildings. This position requires a higher qualification in project management and solid experience in the field; you have at least 5 years of experience, particularly in a technical office managing technical projects. Knowledge of SAP ISU environments would be an advantage. Academic background: - Holder of an EPF/HES engineering degree or equivalent; - Higher qualification in the field of project management; - At least 5 years of experience in project management; - You master standard office tools such as Office 360, SAP financial programs, offer programs (type CAN).
