Base pay range
CHF 85,000.00 / year – CHF 105,000.00 / year
Responsibilities
* Maintain clinic‑specific applications and ensure smooth operation.
* Resolve ICT incidents on‑site or at other locations.
* Support users in second‑level help desk for servers, networks, and clients.
* Install and configure PCs, notebooks, VOIP phones and peripheral devices according to defined standards.
* Maintain the CMDB accurately and create structured documentation.
* Identify IT needs, formulate requirements, and conduct targeted user training.
Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship in IT (EFZ) or equivalent.
* Significant experience in ICT support, preferably in healthcare.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office and common laboratory applications.
* Extensive expertise in hardware and LAN/WAN networks.
* Self‑driven, service‑oriented, flexible and reliable.
* Excellent communication skills in German; English is a plus.
