Spä service agent season (w/m/i) 100% – This guest‑oriented role covers responsibilities such as welcoming guests, managing spa appointments, billing, advising on wellness services, selling spa treatments, supporting membership acquisition, maintaining the spa area, and general assistance.
Responsibilities
* Reception, guest support, appointment scheduling and billing of spa services with daily and hotel guests.
* Inform guests about the full range of wellness services and spa facilities and conduct tours of the Alpine Spa.
* Proactive sale of the complete product portfolio, customer retention, cross‑selling of spa treatments.
* Assist in the acquisition and care of our spa members.
* Perform daily cleaning tasks in the spa and monitor the workplace.
* General support work in the spa.
Qualifications
* Completed training in hospitality.
* Relevant experience in spa reception or hospitality reception.
* Independent, well‑presented, reliable and enjoys teamwork.
* Fluent in German; knowledge of additional languages preferred.
* Familiarity with the TAC Reservations System preferred.
* Good MS Office skills.
