THE ROLE Our client is a multinational company in the quality assurance and testing sector, with a strong footprint in regulated industries such as life sciences. To support its global legal operations during a period of increased activity, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel. The role will focus on reviewing, processing, and standardizing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), particularly those related to laboratory services and clinical trials. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and process MSAs from multiple global regions
Standardize contract templates into a concentrated group of contracting formats
Provide legal advice on laboratory and clinical trial contracts
Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments and regions
Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation across contractual agreements
YOUR PROFILE Qualified lawyer with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Previous in-house or law firm experience in life sciences, laboratory services, or clinical trials
Strong knowledge of contractual frameworks related to scientific services
Experience working with international agreements across jurisdictions
Able to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus but not required
