Your responsibilities
As a Young Talent Project Purchasing within the Defence area, you will actively contribute to purchasing activities and gain valuable exposure to project management.
1. You manage purchasing activities such as contract management, request for information and quotation, supplier selection
2. You ensure accurate tracking and updates in files and ERP systems in line with internal processes
3. You participate in the preparation of supplier meetings and related documentation
4. You follow assigned tasks from start to finish, ensuring timely and reliable delivery
5. You support the planning, monitoring and tracking of project-related purchasing activities, including costs, budgets, schedules and quality
6. You carry out analyses, prepare clear reports and present key findings
7. You provide occasional support to the Defence team, gaining exposure to specific projects
Your profile
8. You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Economics, Management or a related field
9. You bring early-stage exposure or demonstrate a strong interest in the field of purchasing, supply chain or a similar industry
10. You are fluent in English, good level of French or German is an asset
11. You are proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, first exposure to ERP systems is a plus
12. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
13. You communicate clearly, both spoken and written, and adapt easily to different audiences
14. You work in a structured and self-driven manner while remaining a reliable team player
