Job Description
This is a comprehensive role that requires coordination and leadership skills to ensure the successful acceptance of machines at customer sites. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and training customers on the use of capital goods.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with a focus on mechanical or plastics engineering. Sound experience in commissioning and training is essential, and knowledge of PLC controls is desirable. Very good communication skills, particularly in English, are also required.
Your Tasks
* Coordinate machine acceptances with customer project managers and support them in the acceptance process.
* Install and commission machines at customer sites, as well as provide internal and external training.
* Support project managers in the acceptance process.
* Prepare and test machines ready for acceptance, including software, PLC, application, etc.
* Create electrical diagrams and spare parts lists for customer-specific systems.
* Support the customer support team and provide technical assistance during customer visits (travel share approx. 20-30%).
* Collaborate in the design of new products.
* Implement and promote the continuous improvement process (CIP) within your area of responsibility.
Your Profile
* Degree (FH) in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on mechanical or plastics engineering.
* Sound experience in commissioning and training of capital goods.
* Knowledge of PLC control design is desirable.
* Very good knowledge of English.
