Responsibilities:
Organise the production according to the meal plan
Organise the production according to the special events (Open Day, Graduations)
Responsible for the pastries production in all the outlets; respecting the school standards in terms of quality, quantity, presentation, etc.
Support the cold or/and hot kitchen upon needs
Have good interaction with the production Kitchen in Bulle Campus and create synergy
Control the cleanness of the pastry according to the Weekly Cleaning planning
Respect and apply the HACCP rules
