Responsibilities:
* Deliver top talent for contracting Life Science positions
* Source, headhunt, and attract top talent
* Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
* Alongside talented recruitment experts, prove your capability to become a top consultant
* Develop yourself as a 360 consultant
Your Experience:
* 2 years+ in professional agency recruitment in Switzerland
* Communicative, outgoing, and passionate about recruitment
* Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high-quality solutions and results
* English and German professional ability
