Job TitleCustomer Service Support Officer with Italian, French and German (m/w/d)Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Support Officer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and processing service incident reports, coordinating service technicians, and providing outstanding customer support. You play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations for our customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie).You will be part of the Customer Care Center team Alps (CH & AT) and report to the Customer Care Center Manager Alps.Your responsibilities:Receiving, forwarding, and administratively processing incident reports and coordinating the appropriate service engineersActively supporting our team by providing telephone and digital assistance to our demanding customers in French (main responsibility) Italian and German (secondary responsibility)Collaborating with our service managers and the contracts departmentInvoicing and booking of service ordersThis job is a great fit for you if you have:Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French (main language) and Italian. Good understanding of German is also requiredA solid commercial background and hands-on experience in customer serviceProficiency in MS Office, and ideally in Salesforce/Servicemax or SAPAn independent, structured, and customer-oriented approach combined with excellent communication skillsHigh level of flexibility, commitment, and a hands-on mentalityA conscientious, responsible, and above all team-oriented working styleHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
