Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within your area. Your focus will be on delivering innovative solutions and contributing to business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. The work model for this role is: Hybrid. This position contributes to the Low Voltage AC Drives Modernization Team across the Asia Region. The main stakeholders are the Service Supply Unit in Finland for the Motion Service Division.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Developing and following sales plans with Local Service Units (LSUs) to meet or exceed targets, including forecasting, reviewing key projects, and managing quotations.
2. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular visits, proactive communication, and effective problem-solving.
3. Focusing on increasing profitable orders and improving installed base coverage by providing tailored solutions and services.
4. Collaborating with internal teams such as sales support, marketing, R&D, and product management to meet customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
5. Ensuring smooth delivery of projects and services, addressing post-sale issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the role
* Strong skills in sales support and relationship management, preferably in a technical or engineering industry.
* Ability to demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective sales plans.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
* Proficiency in English communication.
* Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers and support sales activities.
