Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Non-Deposited Assets Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operational relationship of non-deposited clients with custodian banks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the operational relationship of non-deposited clients with custodian banks
* Be in regular contact with asset managers
* Accounts administration
* Ensure that client transactions are properly recorded in management systems
* Coordinate and monitor financial transactions
* Verify and reconcile accounting systems
* Conduct data quality checks, valuations, and performance calculations
* Perform various administrative and accounting tasks
Requirements:
* CFC in Business Administration or equivalent
* Banking experience, particularly in reconciliations and securities
* Good team spirit with a liking for contacts
* Analytical skills
* Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), German and other languages appreciated
* Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
