Job description: Ensure the continuous operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of the Mobile Access Service. Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining Incident, Change, Deployment, and Capacity Management processes. Support DevSecOps operations and the ongoing enhancement of the Mobile Access Service as part of daily operations, in line with defined service hours. Work within an agile team following DevSecOps principles. Act as deputy to the customer's Fleet Manager. Ensure high-quality service delivery. Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the Mobile Access Service. Build, maintain, and optimize network connections. Maintain and further develop technical documentation. Collaborate in an agile environment, including the continuous improvement of processes and tools. Requirements: Experience with mobile service operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management Strong knowledge of LTE/5G, networking, protocols, and connectivity management Hands-on experience with DevSecOps processes (Incident, Change, Deployment, Capacity Management) Experience with Android, iOS, Windows, and Linux environments Strong skills in network connectivity and troubleshooting Experience working in an agile DevSecOps environment Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
