About the Role
* Lead and develop the Resource Management & Analytics team to deliver excellence in manpower and equipment planning, forecasting, rostering, and scenario modeling.
* Design and implement data-driven workforce strategies that enhance operational efficiency, agility, and resilience, while ensuring optimal manpower mix and cost alignment.
* Oversee RMS system administration and drive continuous improvement through automation, rule writing, and effective change management.
* Manage third-party labor contracts and contribute to strategic workforce planning through targeted analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
* Provide actionable performance insights to senior leadership and drive digital transformation across all resource management processes.
Your Profile
* Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire high-performing teams.
* Solid understanding of the ground handling or aviation environment; hands-on experience with planning or RMS tools (e.g. INFORM) is a strong asset.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills with a drive for innovation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to translate data into actionable strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* High personal integrity, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English and either German or French.
Work Environment
The position can be based in either Zurich or Geneva, depending on your preference.
